Overview:

Option 1 - New Practitioners

• Pre-reading articles will be sent out one week before the course start date for you to complete in your own time.
• Each week, you will be sent video lectures for you to view in your own time via Vimeo links, each of which has a password. Each section will come with handouts and a set of questions for you to answer.

Course Curriculum:

The BradCliff Methodology has 12 Sections. These are constantly updated and reviewed - for Level 1, the following sections will be covered:

• Section 1: Introduction to the BradCliff Breathing Method®
• Section 2: Biomechanics, psychology, and biochemistry of breathing.
• Section 3:  Subjective and Objective assessment: What is a normal pattern?
• Section 4: Basic treatment and Section 5 Relax - panic stress.
• Section 6: Activity/Movement/ Inspiratory Muscle Training (IMT) K5 / cadence.
• Section 10: Integrated Chest, plus COVID19 patient rehabilitation in the community.
• Case Histories - The business of breathing and wrap-up.
• Practical x 1 day workshop
• NB: Sections 7 Speech, Voice, EILO, VCD; Section 8 Lifestyle, Mindfulness, HRV; and Section 9 Integrated are covered in Level 2.
