"That is great news! I was not quite sure how I was going to afford coming up to Auckland for this course, but was determined to attend. I work for CCDB and the population our hospital services have a high percentage of Maori and Pacificika. I see patients with breathing dysfunctions on a daily basis and have been amazed at the transformation in their health and well- being with the very basic knowledge that I have been able to share with them.

The main reason for me needing to attend this course, is that I deal with range of patients with a wide variety of respiratory conditions and complex co-morbidities, as well as clients with undiagnosed “breathlessness”. I have several very complex patients that are not improving as I would have hoped, and I believe that with more knowledge and experience, that I would be able to help them in the future. I am the only Respiratory out-patient physiotherapy for our hospital, and my MSK Physio colleagues, as well as our SLT colleagues are keen for me to share what I learn from your course as we are well identifying more and more clients with dysfunctional breathing patterns.

Thank for the opportunity to attend your workshop in May."
