Daniela Dvorska, Canary Islands, private physiotherapist"I am deeply honored to receive a scholarship for the Level 2 BradCliff Method. Originally from Slovakia, I have spent the past five years living abroad, first in Egypt and now in Tenerife, Canary Islands. Throughout my travels, I have discovered how little people know about the profound impact of breathing on our overall well-being at every level.

As a private physiotherapist, I primarily work with athletes, particularly those in freediving, a sport I also practice. I also work with individuals from the general public who suffer from chronic postural issues, muscle disbalancing, recovering from delivering a baby and injuries. Many of them have been surprised to learn how their breathing patterns affect their daily lives. In some cases, once we restored proper biomechanical breathing, their chronic issues significantly improved—some even experienced complete relief.

I conduct both in-person and online workshops, where I love educating others on the importance of breathing and its wide-reaching effects. The resources provided by the BradCliff Institute have been invaluable in this effort.

Recently, I’ve noticed that many people suffer from psychological conditions such as anxiety, panic attacks, and chronic stress, all of which affect the central nervous system. The knowledge I gained from Level 1 of the BradCliff Method has been incredibly helpful in addressing these issues. I’ve been amazed by how smoothly and effectively these simple techniques work with my clients.

I am eagerly looking forward to diving deeper into the topic of breathing with Level 2. I’m excited not only for the professional growth it will bring but also for the personal insights I will gain." - Daniela Dvorska, Canary Islands

Miriam Wilkinson, Havelock North, Hawkes Bay, New Zealand"I am very thankful to receive a scholarship for the Bradcliff Breathing Level 2 course and very excited to have a chance to further my knowledge in that area. I work in a small private practice in Havelock North, Hawkes Bay, New Zealand where I see a variety of patients with musculoskeletal and pain issues. I am looking forward to being able to put into practice what I will learn in this course to help these clients as well as others that are currently not able to easily access breathing related treatment privately." - Miriam Wilkinson, New Zealand

Andrea Douglas, virtual Long Covid service in the Highlands of Scotland"I am delighted to be awarded this scholarship to enable me to complete level 2. I currently work in a virtual Long Covid service in the Highlands of Scotland. This is a large and predominantly rural area. I’ve found the skills and knowledge attained from level 1 has really helped this cohort of people despite not being in-person. I am due to return to my previous Community physiotherapy post next year where I will see various long term conditions including FND, Stroke and Older Adult care. I truly believe the BradCliff approach can also be beneficial in these conditions and am very keen to learn new skills and share them with my Community colleagues." - Andrea Douglas, Scotland

Veronika Mihalská, private practice physiotherapist, Slovakia"I'm a private practice physiotherapist from Slovakia, that small country in the heart of Europe.

Right after finishing the Level 1 course I knew I would love to continue with this education because I really liked it. The form, structure, interactivity and all the materials I received - all of this was really awesome and very well designed! It has brought one seriously good system into my work. That's why I am so happy and grateful to be honoured with the scholarship for the Level 2 course where I can enhance my knowledge and skills!

Every day I'm more and more fascinated by the science of breathing well and its ability to not only improve health but in many cases even change life! I love seing my patients healing from such a wide range of problems, whether it's back pain, headache, incontinence, digestive problems, poor sleep, breathlessness or anxiety...

I also started working more with my friends from our freediving community, preparing specialised workshops and breathwork exercises for them and also helping them with various issues connected to their breathing pattern.

During the last few months since my Level 1 Bradcliff course I fully understood that breathing really is the conductor of the orchestra.

So I can't wait to know more and get even deeper into this beautiful science." - Veronika Mihalská, Slovakia

Alethea Kavanagh, Physiotherapist, Melbourne Australia"Very few therapists outside the hospitals are skilled in helping people who suffer with breathing-related problems. Furthermore, the public health networks where I am do not offer outpatient respiratory physiotherapy for our large community (approximately 50% of metropolitan population). I am so grateful to receive this scholarship to advance my skills and knowledge in BradCliff methods. It has created the possibility for me to improve respiratory care for this underserved community, and with the option of telehealth in these times, the ability to extend high quality care to regional and rural areas as well." - Alethea Kavanagh, Australia

"I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to receive a scholarship for the Bradcliff Breathing Method course. I work at one of the largest VA hospitals in the United States in a region where specialized breathing programs for physical therapists are not readily available at this time.

I truly believe that every patient that I come in contact with could benefit from breath training. This course will equip me to bridge that gap and offer advanced breathwork training for my clients. I'm excited to share this knowledge and empower future PTs in my region to utilize the power of breath for their patients." - Joanna Tabisz, USA

"I am writing to express my true gratitude for awarding me a scholarship for the Part II Bradcliff Breathing Method. Your generous contribution will help me balance my personal and work life expenses while staying committed to professional growth and advancing the quality of care and well-being of my patients. The knowledge and skills I gain in this course will play an important role in my clinical growth and I look forward to contributing meaningfully to the field of respiratory physical therapy. Thank you for believing in my potential and supporting my educational goals.

I work in a large hospital in New York City, USA. I treat adult and pediatric patients with various medical conditions in inpatient and outpatient settings." - Ana Ilijeska, New York, USA
