Gemma Pound, Heart & Lung Physio on the Far South Coast of NSW Australia"I’m really grateful to receive a BradCliff Level 2 scholarship. Since setting up Heart & Lung Physio on the Far South Coast of NSW, breathing pattern retraining has become a central part of my work. I often support clients who’ve been struggling with symptoms for years without clear answers, and it’s incredibly rewarding to help them make sense of their breathing. This training is a great opportunity to build on the Level 1 course, deepen my knowledge, and take that next step towards becoming a certified BradCliff practitioner. I’m excited to keep developing a service that’s both evidence-based and accessible to people in regional areas like the Bega Valley." - Gemma Pound, Australia

Natasha Beckett, Respiratory Physiotherapist, Kent, England"Thank you so much for supporting my ongoing learning with a scholarship to study the Bradcliff Breathing Level 2 course. I am a Respiratory Physiotherapist, and I live in Kent, England. I work in a range of healthcare settings including Primary Care Services, a Specialist Community Respiratory Team and in Private Practice. I see patients throughout their respiratory journey with a variety of chronic respiratory diseases, BPD and other respiratory needs. The skills I learnt in Level 1 have been so useful in all these settings and I have been able to share my knowledge with my colleagues in these areas, raising the awareness of the importance of breathing pattern assessment and management. I am excited about continuing this learning journey and further building on the valuable skills learnt in Level 1." - Natasha Beckett, England

Christine Campbell, Physiotherapist working in private practice in Kingston, Ontario, Canada"I’m so grateful to receive the scholarship for the Level 2 Bradcliff Breathing Course!
I loved Level 1 and use it every day in my physiotherapy practice. I’m excited to dive even deeper so I can better support my clients with their breathing challenges.
I’ve been a Physiotherapist since 2011, working in private practice in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. I support clients with Asthma, Long-Covid, Breathing Pattern Dysfunction, and COPD—both one-on-one and through Breathing Classes and workshops.
What I love most is helping people connect with their breath. It’s a tool they carry with them every moment of the day, accessible, powerful, and transformative. Guiding people to use it well is empowering and life-changing.
A huge thank you to Bradcliff Breathing Methods for this amazing opportunity!" - Christine Campbell, Canada

Miti Mehta, Cardio-Pulmonary-Onco Physiotherapist from Mumbai, India"I am a Cardio-Pulmonary-Onco Physiotherapist from Mumbai, India. I currently work in the outpatient rehabilitation department of a multi-speciality hospital.
I have always believed that breath is one of the most powerful indicators of health and well-being. Working with patients facing breathing pattern disorders—whether arising from chronic pulmonary conditions, end-stage cardiac diseases, or cancer—I have seen how often the importance of assessing and improving breathing patterns is overlooked.
I feel truly fortunate to have discovered the BradCliff Method at this stage of my career and receiving the scholarship for this course was just a cherry on the cake.
I am excited to learn from experts and peers across the globe, to share experiences, and to bring back a more holistic and efficient approach to my patients." - Miti Mehta, India

After integrating the learning from Level 1 over the past two years, I am eager to further develop my skills in inspiratory muscle training (IMT) and the management of upper airway dysfunction. The Bradcliff approach has enabled me to reintegrate breathing foundations into my clinical practice, and I have found that all patient populations benefit from this—whether they present with a standalone breathing pattern disorder (BPD) or are managing another chronic respiratory condition." - Erica Bajar, Ireland

Jess Shingler runs a respiratory physiotherapy outpatient clinic at the Queen Elizabeth NHS Hospital in Birmingham, England."I run a respiratory physiotherapy outpatient clinic at the Queen Elizabeth NHS Hospital in Birmingham, England. Within my clinic I review a range of patients including COPD, Bronchiectasis, ILD, Post Covid and Respiratory Muscle Weakness patient cohorts. Whilst there is a vast difference between these patient’s presentations, the common factor is that many of them present with a dysfunctional breathing pattern.  A large part of my role is therefore educating patients on breathing pattern disorders and guiding them through individualised re-training programmes.

After specialising into respiratory physiotherapy I quickly gained an interest in Breathing Pattern Disorders (BPD) and amazed by the difference I could make to my patients by improving their breathing pattern efficiency. This scholarship will allow me to gain further insight into BPD management in order to continue to advance the care which I provide for my patients. By developing my knowledge on Inspiratory Muscle Training and Exercise or Sport for BPD patients I will be able to assist a wider range of patients to achieve and exceed their goals." - Jess Shingler, England

Kit Pollard, a UK based respiratory physiotherapist working in a busy NHS London hospital."I am so grateful to have been awarded this scholarship for the Bradcliff course - thank you so much Bradcliff team!

I am a UK based respiratory physiotherapist working in a busy NHS London hospital. My current caseload is largely post thoracic surgery patients, many of whom suffer with acute changes to their breathing either as a consequence of post op complications or pre-existing health conditions with acute on chronic changes. Having previously worked with patients with disordered breathing, I am keen to continue expanding on my foundation skills to ensure I can keep providing top quality care within the public sector. I really look forward to starting the course!" - Kit Pollard, UK
